APPROVAL OF NON-EXCLUSIVE UTILITY EASEMENT AT SUNCOAST POLYTECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL BETWEEN THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SOUTH GATE UTILITIES, INC.
Description
This easement will provide for the operation and maintenance of the water supply piping and equipment. This easement has been approved by the School Board attorney.
Recommendation
That the Non-Exclusive Utility Easement at Suncoast Polytechnical High School between the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, and South Gate Utilities, Inc. be approved as presented.
